The Elementary Class - has a maximum enrollment cap of 25 students staffed with one full-time teacher for each 12.5 students.  Our students are eager learners during these foundational years. In addition to the core curriculum of Bible, Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Reading, the class also enjoys Computer Lab, P.E., and Enrichment Classes.  Enrichment Classes encompass the areas of Art, Music, and different hands-on activities that enhance the child's learning experiences.  The class looks forward to different Themed Units and its their related activities.  In a month where France was the focus, the class learned a few French phrases, located France on the globe, and sang songs related to France.    We colored the French flag, listened to classical music, created impressionist "paintings," and capped off the unit with our own Popsicle stick Eiffel tower.  The class had great fun and learned a few things in the process.  We endeavor to vary the types of themes to broaden our children's experiences.

The core curriculum is a solid, regularly revised program that develops and enhances reading and comprehension skills throughout each subject area.  Phonics is the foundation of our reading program.  Children are taught the skills that will equip them to be excellent readers.  Additionally, our reading program teaches critical thinking skills, study methods, and oral reading techniques which will develop well-balanced readers and students.

Bible - covers many of the stories that may be familiar to you. The principles that are taught are applied to the lives of  students.  For example, the story of Joseph and the coat of many colors reminds students that God has a plan for their lives, and that God loves and protects them in every situation.

Language Arts - focuses students on all of the areas pertaining to grammar, written and oral communications and word structure and usage.  Our program incorporates regular reviews to ensure the retention of valuable concepts.

Mathematics - also incorporates regular review and introduction of new concepts.  From the earliest grades, students are learning math facts and the application of those facts to story problems.  Whether the lesson encompasses addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, metrics, geometric figures, or fractions students are busy developing their math skills.

Social Studies and Science - are designed to open up the world to your student.  We examine the people and the places of the world as well as the wonderful creations of God.  Many activities help to develop an understanding of the concepts and facts presented in this material.

Computer Lab - offers hands-on experience in operating the computer and moving around within programs.

Physical Education - offers a chance to play games and develop physical skills.  Our Elementary students are blessed with experienced, loving teachers and a well-rounded curriculum to help them develop as they should.

The Upper Level 1 Class - which includes the late grammar school years through the eighth grade also limits its enrollment to 25 students with one full-time teacher per 12.5 students.  Students in these grades are growing and maturing, and they are offered opportunities and experiences best suited to their needs.

In addition to the basic subjects of Bible, Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, students encounter P.E., Enrichment Classes, and Computer Lab.  Enrichment Classes include Art, Crafts, and Logic, to name a few.  Computer Lab is designed with the growing student in mind.  Students will learn that the computer can be a valuable learning tool as well as an opportunity for entertainment.

The experienced teachers in this classroom utilize a variety of motivations and incentives that foster an atmosphere of academic success.  Students thrive and develop academically, socially, and spiritually.

Beyond the strong academic curriculum, students are being readied for the academic demands the future will bring.  Study habits, time management, and goal setting are integrated in the program.
